HARC is a nonprofit research hub providing independent analysis on energy, air, and water issues to people seeking scientific answers. Its research activities support the implementation of policies and technologies that promote sustainability based on scientific principles.

Given HARC’s extensive expertise and experience in air, energy, and water issues, it will assist Texas Innovates (TI) across all stages of the project, from design and construction, through implementation and operations. AccelerateH2O is a national non-profit organization focused on addressing barriers and limitations for innovating water and advancing immediate, sustainable resilience through advancing technology, integrated solutions, and alternative investments across public and private sector water-related interests. Through our Technology Road Maps, Industry Roundtables, Full-Scale Demonstration Hubs, InvestH2O Annual Forums, and National-Regional Water Resiliency Initiative, AccelerateH2O – as well as the recently launched Resiliency Capital Partners – has created a network of subject matter experts, senior executives, and investment/procurement decision-makers to fast-track commercialization and project development.
