Syzygy Plasmonics is pioneering the future of chemical manufacturing with our groundbreaking light-driven technology. By eliminating combustion, we significantly reduce emissions and offer cost-effective, scalable solutions for producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), methanol, syngas, and hydrogen. Our innovative approach is backed by industry leaders and proven in real-world applications, positioning Syzygy Plasmonics at the forefront of the energy transition.

Rigel lit up-1

Syzygy Plasmonics’ GHG e-Reforming™ technology unlocks low-cost, high-volume SAF production using abundant waste feedstocks such as landfill gas, dairy gas, agricultural waste, and wastewater gas. Our advanced Rigel™ Reactor Cells convert these feedstocks into high-value SAF when paired with Fisher Tropsch units, producing fully compatible with existing jet engines and airport infrastructure. This eliminates the need for costly biogas upgrading and pipeline connections. With SAF mandates driving demand, our technology offers a lucrative opportunity for sustainable aviation, ensuring minimal CAPEX and maximizing resource value.

Demonstration Plant

test-bay-3

Syzygy Plasmonics operates a state-of-the-art demonstration plant in Houston, Texas, designed to showcase the commercial readiness and scalability of our light-driven catalytic reactors. This facility serves as a critical testing ground for validating performance, optimizing system efficiency, and demonstrating real-world hydrogen and syngas production capabilities. Our demonstration plant has successfully completed performance testing of both its GHG e-Cracking unit for hydrogen production and a GHG e-Reforming™ unit, proving its efficiency in producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) from biogas. This milestone marks a significant step in our mission to expand SAF production and transform energy globally.
